Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Renaissance Apps, which operates ApplyMyResume. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What the Service does

For job seekers, the Service may read a resume, suggest roles, search trusted public job sources, compare current postings with saved preferences, verify direct application links, and present ranked job suggestions. ApplyMyResume does not complete or submit job applications for you.

For employers, the Service may verify a linked job posting, deliver a paid role to relevant job seekers, and report recommendation and job-visit counts for each opening. Payment does not guarantee any number of recommendations, visits, interviews, or hires.

ApplyMyResume is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, background-check provider, immigration adviser, or law firm. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

3. Your information and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your resume and preferences truthful, current, and complete and for reviewing each job and third-party page before acting. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process, format, and analyze it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. The raw resume file is not retained after analysis.

4. Automated systems and AI

Automated systems may misunderstand a resume, miss a requirement, or rank a poor fit. Job suggestions are aids, not legal, immigration, financial, or professional employment advice. Review the employer’s posting and application before acting.

5. Third-party job sites

Google, employers, career sites, applicant tracking systems, and their application providers are independent third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern your interactions when you open their pages or choose to apply. We do not control their listings, availability, security measures, hiring practices, or handling of information you provide directly to them.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for a lawful, good-faith job search or to promote current public job openings. Posted links and descriptions must remain accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. You may not submit false information, impersonate someone, harass or defraud others, scrape or overload third-party systems, bypass security or access controls, or use the Service in violation of law or applicable third-party terms.

7. Accounts, fees, and changes

You are responsible for activity through your account and for securing your sign-in methods. Prices, billing periods, job limits, and other purchase terms are shown before checkout. Single, Team, Growth, and Unlimited are monthly subscription plans that renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Growth includes delivery for up to 25 active jobs. Unlimited does not have a fixed active-job limit, but reasonable usage and service-protection limits still apply. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the current billing period unless stated otherwise. For plans with an active-job limit, pausing or removing a delivered job makes that slot available again. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout shows otherwise. We may calculate or collect taxes where required. Customers remain responsible for taxes that the law imposes directly on them. We may pause or remove a job that is closed, unverifiable, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may set reasonable usage limits, change features or future pricing, or suspend access to protect users, third parties, or the Service.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY LINK IS CURRENT, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENAISSANCE APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR EMPLOYER DECISIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
