For job seekers

What is ApplyMyResume?+

ApplyMyResume is a resume-based job discovery service for people seeking work in the United States. It uses your resume and saved preferences to find relevant openings and organize direct links to employer application pages.

How are jobs matched to me?+

ApplyMyResume uses details from your resume together with your desired roles, locations, work arrangements, compensation preferences, experience, work authorization, and company preferences. Automated matching can miss or misunderstand a requirement, so review every employer posting before applying.

Where do the job listings come from?+

We discover current openings from public employer career pages, established applicant tracking systems, and other trusted search sources. We prioritize an employer's own role-specific page when a reliable direct link is available.

Will every job link let me apply without creating another account?+

We screen links for a direct application path that does not require a separate job-board account. Employer and applicant-tracking pages can change after we check them, so please report any link that becomes closed, gated, or incorrect.

How many jobs will a search find, and how long will it take?+

Results depend on current openings and the specificity of your profile. We search for strong, current matches but do not guarantee a particular number of results or completion time. Turning on Broaden my results can include adjacent roles, nearby locations, and compatible work arrangements.

Do employers pay to appear in results?+

Some relevant employer-posted roles are paid placements and are labeled Sponsored. Payment does not override your saved search criteria or guarantee an employer any recommendation, visit, interview, or hire.

Can I organize or remove job recommendations?+

Yes. You can favorite jobs, mark them as applied, sort and filter your list, or choose Not interested. A dismissed or cleared opening remains in your private recommendation history so the same job is not shown again. An immediate Undo is available after an individual dismissal.

Do job seekers pay to use ApplyMyResume?+

ApplyMyResume currently does not charge job seekers to upload a resume, save preferences, or search for job links.

Is ApplyMyResume limited to U.S. jobs?+

Yes. The current service is designed for remote, hybrid, and on-site roles in the United States.

Resume, account, and privacy

Which resume files can I upload?+

You can upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file up to 10 MB. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial information, government IDs, passwords, or other information the service does not request.

How long is my resume stored?+

ApplyMyResume processes the file to prepare career and search fields for your review, then does not retain the raw resume file. The structured fields you save remain with your profile until you change them or delete your account.

Is my resume shared with employers?+

No. Finding or displaying a job does not send your identity, resume, or profile to an employer. You choose which employer page to open and what information to provide when you apply there.

Does ApplyMyResume use AI?+

Yes. Automated systems and cloud providers may help interpret resumes, match preferences, discover openings, and verify links. These systems can make mistakes, so review every employer posting before applying. Job matches are not employment, legal, immigration, or financial advice.

What analytics are collected?+

Google Analytics starts only if you choose Allow analytics. We do not send Google your name, email, resume, profile contents, job details, sign-in link parameters, or a user ID. You can change this choice through Analytics choices in the footer.

How do I delete my account?+

Open Profile, then go to Account settings and select Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, saved jobs, and other account-linked data that we are not required to retain. An employer account with an active subscription must cancel that subscription and wait for it to end before deleting the account.

For employers

How do I add a job?+

Create an employer workspace and paste the direct public link to a current opening. ApplyMyResume imports the role details, verifies the destination, and saves the opening as a job card that you can review before turning on delivery.

What kinds of job links can employers add?+

Use a current, public, role-specific posting from your company's career site or a recognized applicant tracking system. Generic career pages, duplicate links, closed jobs, account-gated destinations, and unverifiable postings may be rejected.

How does employer job delivery work?+

When delivery is on, a role can be recommended to job seekers whose saved profiles are relevant to the opening. Employer roles are mixed with other suitable results, and no single employer is guaranteed placement, volume, or position.

What counts toward my plan limit?+

Only openings with delivery turned on count as active jobs. Pausing or removing an opening frees that slot for another job.

Which employer plans are available?+

Single Job supports one active opening, Team supports up to five, Growth supports up to 25, and Unlimited has no fixed active-opening cap. Current prices and purchase terms are shown on the Hire People page and again before checkout.

Does Unlimited have any limits?+

Unlimited has no fixed active-job entitlement cap. Reasonable short-window rate limits and service-protection controls still apply to prevent abuse and protect availability.

What employer analytics are available?+

Each job card shows how many job seekers received the recommendation and how many opened the job link. These are privacy-safe aggregate counts; employers do not receive a job seeker's identity, resume, profile, or individual activity from ApplyMyResume.

What happens if a posting closes or becomes invalid?+

ApplyMyResume may pause or remove a role that is closed, unverifiable, misleading, unlawful, or no longer has a usable application path. Employers should keep their source posting and job-card details current.

Plans, billing, and support

Can I upgrade or downgrade my employer plan?+

Yes. Use Manage billing to review available plan changes through Stripe. Stripe shows the proposed billing change before you confirm it. If a lower plan supports fewer active jobs, excess deliveries are paused rather than deleted.

How do I cancel an employer plan?+

Choose Cancel plan or open Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, while delivery remains available through the already-paid billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable.

Does ApplyMyResume store my payment-card details?+

No. Stripe handles payment-card information under its own privacy policy. ApplyMyResume receives billing identifiers, payment status, and subscription details, not your full card number.

Does paying guarantee job views, interviews, or hires?+

No. A paid plan makes eligible openings available for delivery to relevant job seekers. It does not guarantee recommendations, visits, applications, interviews, or hires.

How can I contact ApplyMyResume?+

Use the Support form for job-search help, employer questions, billing, partnerships, product feedback, or privacy requests. Do not include passwords, sign-in links, verification codes, or payment-card information.
